The IDC MarketScape report assessed key vendors in the smart MFP space by evaluating the scope of their product and service offerings, the effectiveness of channel strategy and by interviews with each vendor and with their customers. The IDC MarketScape noted that Konica Minolta had sustained product innovation through 2018, expanding its strong product line with new models across a range of segments, with features that foster mobility, security and productivity. Looking into 2019, the IDC MarketScape highlighted Konica’s Minolta’s commitment to further enhance sustainability.
